Healthy Hygiene, Self-Care & Self Esteem
This curriculum provides additional education on first impressions and a positive self image. Scholars will go over basic hygiene to include -- skin care, hair care, nail care, hand-washing, dental care, nutrition, overall wellness and campHers will be provided a hygiene kit to kick start their wellness journey. Scholars will be introduced to the difference in healthy and unhealthy hygiene habits while creating a plan to make sure scholars are prepared to take their self care seriously. Age appropriate make up & skincare available upon parent approval.
Enjoy a week of enjoyable fun traveling to the pool, skating and hiking--but also learning about self-care, self-defense, healthy hygiene practices and new experiences like---yoga!

Sports, Games, Sportsmanship & Teamwork
This week is all about trying new things! Participating in sports is a great way to learn more about self while also working towards a larger goal. This week will include lessons about sportsmanship & teamwork from board games to on the court & on the field! CampHers will learn about their strengths and overcome their challenges. Who wouldn’t want to have some friendly competition with a new set of campers from another local camp?
This week is all about trying something new! From kick ball to archery to board games and baseball! We are learning new skills while enjoying sports downtown. Everyone loves a good baseball game--so we will travel to see our beloved Greensboro Grasshoppers! Teamwork is a must when playing sports!

Developing my Confidence, Style, Posture & Dining Etiquette
Who doesn't love representing their best self? This session is all about self confidence and the importance of reflecting value from the inside out. Scholars will learn about their values and how to reflect respect for themselves and others through their attire. Scholars will learn about color, layering, accessorizing and will host a fashion photo shoot in the attire that makes them feel most confident while learning how to enhance their image for the camera in a fun and
age appropriate fashion .
Along with fashion we will just have fun--like, bowling, jewelry making, even fun eateries! We will do a little shopping and then prepare for our very own fashion shoot downtown!

The Middle School Edition

The "Mid" Edition
July 11-15
This camp will prepare middle school girls with the tools to develop and sustain confidence in their own being-- as well as engage in a number of different environments while using etiquette as her guide. This week will include a minimum of 2-3 field trips , daily crafts, and a morning/afternoon snack . Each campHer will be provided a field trip tee, drawstring bag & mask!

The High School Edition

As girls leave middle school, they are now encountering new adventures which require professional decorum and keen self awareness. This week will develop the skills to engage within professional networks, dialogue and online engagement. This session will also tackle the topics below in a more in depth manner with many nugges to help navigage future interactions with friends and the world outside of their normal scope of communty. This week will include a minimum of 2-3 field trips a week, daily crafts, and a morning/afternoon snack . Each campHer will be provided a field trip tee, drawstring bag & mask!
